Custom Left Handed Guitars

Back by popular demand, the Gaskell RETRO™ is a 21st Century take on a classic 1950's/1960's icon, which is no longer made left handed.

If you want "jingle-jangle" then the Gaskell RETRO is the one for you. Powered by twin mini humbuckers, the Retro can reproduce that classic Pop sound of the 60's and 70's with ease. But change a few settings and the Retro becomes the guitar for every other kind of music, including Country, Rock and even Metal.

Redesigned in Australia we have tried to keep the Retro's looks as close to it's inspiration but we have improved on a few things. We use a modern bridge (the originals are famous for easily getting knocked out of tune) and we use a single truss rod to allow easy maintenance thoughout the life of the instrument.
